Return and exchange policy
Our goal is to make sure you are completely satisfied with your shopping experience. If you are not satisfied, you have thirty (30) days after receiving your order to return or exchange your product, provided the merchandise is in its original condition, i.e., unused and in its original, undamaged packaging, with the original accessories and guide provided.
Refund (if applicable)
Once our team receives and inspects the item you want to return, we will send you an email notifying you of its receipt and advising you whether or not your refund is approved.
If your refund is approved, we will credit the account you used to make the original purchase. You will receive the credit a few days after we approve your refund request.
We will only replace items that are prematurely damaged. To exchange the item for a similar one, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to open a ticket and make arrangements for the exchange.
If the item you purchased was a gift that was delivered to your address, you will receive a gift card for the value of your return. You will have to pay for the return fees. Once we have received the item, we will send you a gift card.

You will have to pay the shipping fees (the original shipping fees are non-refundable).
Depending on your location, the delivery time for items that we reship may vary.
To return an item, we recommend you use a shipping method with tracking, or purchase insurance on the item you are shipping. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your package.
